Appointments with Deirdre Layne are available for Returning Patients Monday through Saturday afternoons.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates may be redeemed for services or retail products. Gift certificates must be presented at time of appointment and will not be replaced if lost or stolen and will not be refunded. A gift certificate may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offer or discounts. If gift certificates are not used for 12 months, a $2 dormancy fee will be deducted for each following month.
Cancellation policy
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all services. Cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee. Gift certificates will be reduced to half value. No shows will be charged 100% fee.
Clinic information
We suggest you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time client,
new patient forms will be required prior to service.
Late Arrivals
We regret that Late Arrivals will not receive an extension of service times and will be responsbile for the full service fees.
Cell Phones, Video Cameras and Cameras
Out of consideration for our guests, please mute cell phones. Cell phone use is not permitted in our treatment room.
Atlanta Center for Energy Medicine respects its clients’ privacy and does not permit its clients to take photographs, video or use any kind of recording devices inside the treatment area.
